Sambas : Ayu, I need to talk.

Ayu : What is it about? Is it something important?

Sambas : Yes. But ...

Ayu : Don’t hesitate. I’m listening.

Sambas : It’s hard, you know.

Ayu : Oh … Is it bad news?

Sambas : I’m leaving.

Ayu : What are you talking about? I don’t want you to leave me. I love you.

Sambas : I mean I’m moving to Semarang.

Ayu : Why? Is your father transfered there?

Sambas : No. My father sends me to a boarding school in Semarang.

Ayu : Oh, I don’t want you to go.

Sambas : I know. It’s hard for both of us. But I understand that it’s for our better future.

Ayu : Yes, I agree with you. You will get better education there.

Sambas : I am leaving tomorrow morning. My flight departs at 7.

Ayu : Oh no, It’s very hard for me, Sambas.

Howard’s Morning

Laundry Time

Ada 16 tenses dalam bahasa inggris, tapi saya akan menjelaskan 9 diantaranya yang sering digunakan adalah 9 tensis,sebagai berikut :

1. PRESENT TENSE

1.1 Simple Present Tense

+	Subject + Verb 1 + Object
-	Subject + Don’t / Doesn’t + Verb 1 + Object
?	Do / Does + Subject + Verb 1 + Object?

Example :

+	I speak English everyday
-	She doesn't speak English
?	Why do you speak English everyday ?

1.2 Present Continuous Tense

+	Subject + To be 1 + (Verb + ing) + Object
-	Subject + To be 1 + Not + (Verb + ing) + Object
?	To be 1  + Subject + (Verb + ing) + Object ?

Example :

+	I am writing now
-	I am NOT writing now
?	Are you writing now?

1.3 Present Perfect Tense

+	Subject + Have/Has + Verb 3 + Object
-	Subject + Have/Has + Not + Verb 3 + Object
?	Have/Has + Subject + Verb 3 + Object?

Example :

+	I have lived here for 2 years
-	I have not haven't lived here for 2 years
?	Why Have you lived here for 2 years?

2. PAST TENSE

2.1 Simple Past Tense

+	Subject + Verb 2 + Object
-	Subject + Did not (Didn’t) + Verb 1 + Object
?	Did + Subject + Verb 1 + Object ?

 Example :

+	You visited my mother yesterday.
-	You didn't visit my mother yesterday
?	Did you visit my mother yesterday?

2.2 Past Continuous Tense 

+	Subject + To be 2 + (Verb + ing) + Object
-	Subject + To be 2 + Not + (Verb + ing) + Object
?	To be 2  + Subject + (Verb + ing) + Object ?

Example :

+	We were watching movie at 02.00 pm yesterday
-	We weren't watching movie at 02.00 pm yesterday
?	Were we watching movie at 02.00 pm yesterday?

2.3 Past Perfect Tense

+	Subject + Had + Verb 3 + Object
-	Subject + Had + Not + Verb 3 + Object
?	Had + Subject + Verb 3 + Object?

 Example :

+	My parents had already eaten by the time I got home.
-	Sam had not left when we got there.
?	When your son was in the junior high school, Had you lived there?

 3. FUTURE TENSE

3.1 Simple Future Tense

+	Subject + Will + Verb 1 + Object
-	Subject + Will + Not + Verb 1 + Object
?	Will + Subject + Verb 1 + Object ?

 Example :

+	We shall go to bandung tomorrow
-	We shall not got to bandung tomorrow
?	Shall we go to bandung Tomorrow?

3.2 Future Continuous Tense

+	Subject + Will + be + (Verb + ing) + Object
-	Subject + Will + Not + be + (Verb + ing) + Object
?	Will + Subject + (Verb + ing) + Object ?

Example :

+	She will be learning music
-	She will not be learning music
?	Will She be learning music ?

 3.3 Future Perfect Tense

+	Subject + Will + Have + Verb 3 + Object
-	Subject + Will + Not + Have + Verb 3 + Object
?	Will + Subject + Have + Verb 3 + Object ?

 Example :

+	You will have finished the work by the end of this month
-	She will not have gone to home by 10 pm
?	Will you have finished your work by the end of this month?
